Conflict Resolution Policy

The Club encourages our members to use the ‘24-hour rule’ before addressing a conflict that may have occurred. Complaints and concerns regarding your soccer experience should be directed according to the following guidelines. 


Concerns regarding your child’s team should be addressed directly with your child’s coach at a proper time and place. If the resolution is not satisfactory, document and email your concerns to info@lfarush.com with attention to the Director of Coaches.


Complaints or concerns regarding the club’s administrative policies should be documented and emailed to info@lfarush.com with attention to the Club Administrator.


If, after following the appropriate measures as listed above, and resolution is not satisfactory, please email your concerns to info@lfarush.com with attention to the Club President who will address the complaint with an opportunity for a hearing, at either party's request, at the next board meeting.
